Straightshooter Music Formats

We specialise in party nights for all occasions, whether it be a wedding or an anniversary or a birthday party and our music library reflects this with music ranging from 1939 to the current chart material.

Dependant upon the type of function and the age of the audience we will select the music to cater for each particular audience on the night. Obviously music for a childrens party will differ to that played at a wedding for example. We can offer music for all tastes, be it.....Dance, Disco, Rock 'n' Roll, Soul, Big Band, Old Time Dancing, Scottish Country Dance, Quicksteps, 60's & 70's, 80's, 90's, pop, House etc etc.

You can contribute to the music for your party by making requests on the night or submitting short playlists in advance. Should you wish to submit playlists, bear in mind that your guests may not share the same musical tastes as yourself, so try not to be too obscure with your choices. Whilst we will endevour to play as many of your chosen songs as possible, our dj's must be allowed to use their discretion on the night as to what to play and what to omit dependant upon the type of function and the audience present.
